Dan Marks
Senior Vice President, Gaming
Dan Marks is a gaming innovator with over 27 years of experience and the founder and CEO of Gimmie Games, the world’s largest omni-channel slot studio. He has created some of the industry’s most iconic titles, including Da Vinci’s Diamonds, Cats, Golden Goddess, and Bao Zhu Zhao Fu, along with patented mechanics such as exploding and split symbols that redefined slot gameplay.
Under his leadership, Gimmie Games produces more than 60 titles annually across land-based, social, and iGaming platforms, with many reaching top positions in the Eilers-Fantini rankings. With over 130 patents and multiple industry awards, Marks continues to drive innovation, shaping the future of casino entertainment worldwide.

John Milliner
Vice President, Studio Operations
John Milliner brings over a decade of experience in the gaming industry to his role as Vice President of Studio Operations at Gimmie Games. Based in the Atlanta studio, John leads the Creative, Design, Technology, and Operations teams, ensuring the delivery of over 80 games each year for land-based, social and i-gaming markets. Since joining Gimmie Games in 2016, John has been instrumental in shaping the studio’s growth and innovation and continuing to drive operational excellence.
Before joining Gimmie Games, John spent seven years at Cadillac Jack (now AGS), where he advanced through leadership roles overseeing Product Management and Sales Operations. His deep passion for creating games that entertain and inspire players is at the heart of his leadership approach.

Hua Xu
Vice President, Game Design
Hua Xu has played a pivotal role since joining as the studio’s first mathematician in 2013. He built and now leads the game design team, driving development across land-based, digital social, and iGaming platforms.
Known for his data-driven approach, Hua specializes in strategic portfolio planning, the accuracy and efficiency of math design, and the precision of execution throughout the entire development process. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics and a Master’s in Statistics from Georgia Tech.

Sean Davis
Principal Director, Operations
Sean Davis has been part of the gaming industry since 2012 and joined GG in 2018. He is a strong advocate of lean development principles, emphasizing continuous learning, respect for people, building quality into every phase of game development, and minimizing waste. His focus is on streamlining processes and enabling the studio to bring games to market faster and more efficiently.
In addition to process optimization, Sean is actively involved in slot design and creative development. By combining technical expertise with creative vision, he helps shape innovative and engaging gaming experiences that meet both player expectations and studio goals.
Sean Davis has been part of the gaming industry since 2012 and joined GG in 2018. Mauricio Ruiz has more than 30 years of experience in creative direction, art direction, and interactive design. He has shaped visual strategies and delivered innovative solutions for global brands including Gimmie Games, Aristocrat, Coca-Cola, Nickelodeon, Microsoft, and more.
At Gimmie Games since 2012, Mauricio leads game design and creative strategy, transforming ideas into engaging experiences across land-based, social, and digital platforms. Guided by curiosity and a deep understanding of both digital and physical spaces, he is currently exploring how AI can enhance creative workflows—helping artists collaborate with emerging technologies to elevate both quality and impact.

Dinesh leads development and QA teams in delivering innovative games across land-based, social, and iGaming platforms. With over 15 years at Aristocrat, including a decade with Gimmie Games, he has been instrumental in driving both creative innovation and technical execution.
Beginning his career as a systems engineer specializing in Linux kernel development and device drivers, Dinesh brings a strong technical foundation to his leadership. His approach combines strategic vision with deep technical expertise, ensuring games are engaging, scalable, and built for long-term success.
Dinesh leads development and QA teams in delivering innovative games across land-based, social, and iGaming platforms. With over 15 years at Aristocrat, including a decade with Gimmie Games, he has been instrumental in driving both creative innovation and technical execution.

Gautam Saluja
Senior Director, India studio.
Since its inception, Gautam has been instrumental in building the team, which now plays a vital role in creative development, game design, software engineering, and quality assurance across channels.
Before joining Gimmie Games, Gautam spent a decade at Samsung, STMicroelectronics, and HCL Technologies, contributing across all layers of system software and leading teams in various capacities. An alumnus of the University of Delhi (CS) and IIM Calcutta, he combines strong engineering foundations with a passion for building great teams and creating engaging games. He is also a lifelong learner of psychology, design thinking, and leadership, with certifications from Yale and Stanford.
Since its inception, Gautam has been instrumental in building the team, which now plays a vital role in creative development, game design, software engineering, and quality assurance across channels.
